American Brown is a clean, easy-to-enjoy dark ale. It is balanced, with rich malty notes of dried fruit, chocolate and molasses that linger. It is part of the Beau’s Farm Table Series of beers brewed true to classic or emerging styles.

History & Style:

We have U.S. homebrewers to thank for creating the American Brown Ale in the late 20th century, a localized take on the great classic British brown ales and porters.

Tasting Notes:

American Brown Ale pours dark brown with reddish highlights and a tan foam. The aroma features dark notes of cacao and molasses. The flavour is balanced between rich maltiness and hop bitterness. The finish offers clean dark malt with a touch of raisiny fruit.
