Cavalier Bleu: Blueberry I.P.A. Jam
OK, folks. As we say goodbye to another #feBREWary, we figured we’d share one last simple recipe with you. Something that you can crank out quickly and really impress your friends.

Number of servings6 people
- 1 lb fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 Orange, zested, then juiced
- ¼ cup Cavalier Bleu
In a medium sauce pot, put all ingredients over medium-high heat.
Bring up to a boil, reduce heat to a slow simmer, stirring often as not to scorch.
Simmer on medium-low heat until liquid begins to reduce and berries beginning to thicken.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
