Beau’s year-round flagship beer is Lug-Tread, our tribute to the classic Kölsch beers of Germany. Lug-Tread is fermented like an ale and cold-aged like a lager, giving it both ale notes and a lager-like crispness. Balanced, crisp, refreshing.

ZWICKEL
German-Style Auburn Lager
5.7 % ABV

This unfiltered copper lager tastes like you walked right up to our tanks and poured it yourself. It combines satisfying flavours of just-baked bread with fresh grassy hop aromas. Gold-medal winner at Canadian Brewing Awards 2018. Malty, bready, clean.

JÄNIS
Sahti (Finnish-Style Juniper Ale)
7.0 % ABV

Sahti is a traditional beer style from Finland, and one of the world’s oldest continuously brewed beers. Our certified organic version of this ancient ale is brewed with a variety of malts, bright juniper berries, and resinous juniper boughs. Peppery, fruity, bright.

CHANNEL OCHO
Mexican-Spiced Dark Ale
8.9 % ABV

Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this extra-strong spicy dark ale is brewed with organic cocoa power and cacao nibs. It is judiciously spiced with organic chipotle peppers, cinnamon sticks and whole cloves for a mild heat. Spicy, chocolate, warming.
