July 30 – Session Muskoka Craft Beer Festival –  The 8th Annual Session Muskoka, it’s going to be  another great day of fun in the sun, beer from over 30 Ontario craft breweries and live entertainment.
July 31 – Montreal Highland Games and Festival – The Games bring together Montrealers of Scottish descent to celebrate Highland games, music and culture.  Did we mention, that there’ll be beer?
Until Aug.2 – ChamberFringe and Growler Salon – A French salon reimagined for the 21st century. Discover the sounds with these exclusive jam sessions and enjoy craft beer and local fare.

What’s Steve drinking? 

The countdown to Oktoberfest is on!  This week, Steve enjoyed a Farm Table: Märzen right off the bottling line with our friends from Wellington Gastropub.

This traditional German style lager, has a bready, biscuity malt backbone, with a firm hop presence that lends balancing bitterness.

Farm Table: Märzen will be available this week at the brewery, in LCBOs and through BYBO.ca.
