Port Perry Craft Brewery and Culture Festival
Take Back the Lake. ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE DAY WILL GO TO THE SCUGOG LAKE STEWARDS for research and dredging in Lake Scugog.
Take Back the Lake will be a series of events in Palmer Park on Saturday August 15th 2015. The day will begin with a Citizen’s Relay Race in Paddleboarding. Teams of Four will Race for the best time, and then Corporate Teams will do the same. The race is meant to welcome new people into the incredible sport of paddlebaording, and every person who enters the race will be entered to win a Rogue All Water paddleboard valued at $1,800. The draw will take place at the awards ceremony.
As the race wraps up the Craft Brewery Tent will open at noon. A $20 ticket will pay your admission, get you five beer sample tickets, and a commemorative glass. Tickets will be for sale soon. Help us spread the word!
