1. Ordering & Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us at ohyeah@beaus.ca.

2. Shipping
Where We Ship: We ship our merch Canada-wide!
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing may take longer. Shipping Rates: Shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and your rate is calculated at checkout.
Shipping Times: Standard delivery within Ontario is approximately 3-7 business days, and national delivery takes 5-10 business days.
Order Tracking: When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to keep you updated on its arrival.

3. Returns & Exchanges
While we are not able to accept traditional returns, we are committed to quality and satisfaction. If any part of your order does not meet expectations or arrives damaged, please contact us at ohyeah@beaus.ca and a member of our home delivery team will do what they can to make it right.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ohyeah@beaus.ca with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right!

4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed online.

5. Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us! We collect only the information necessary to process your order and do not share your information with third parties, except as needed to complete your transaction.
