3. Receive an entry ballot when you purchase a qualifying Beau’s Lug Tread product at a participating bar or restaurant to receive your unique pin to enter the contest.

The Beau’s Kubota Tractor Contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. (the “Sponsor”). The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor privacy policy (see below). Kubota Canada Ltd. (“Kubota”) is a prize provider only and is not responsible for the administration of this Contest. Kubota is hereby released of all liability by each participant in this Contest. Any questions or comments should be sent to the Sponsor and not to Kubota.

ELIGIBILITY:

Contest is open to Ontario residents who are 19 years of age or older and who are not employed with, or are a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with the Sponsor, Kubota Canada Ltd., their affiliated companies, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”), an employee of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) or of any licensees authorized by AGCO.

CONTEST PERIOD:

Entry into the Contest commences at 12:01 a.m. ET on July 15, 2025 and closes at 12:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received on or before the Contest closing date.

HOW TO PLAY:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Visit www.beaus.ca/pages/kubota and enter your name, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number and your unique entry code (found on the inside of a Beau’s Brewing Co. Lug Tread beer (24 x 355ml) or from a ballot given by a participating licensee). Each person can submit one (1) entry with each unique entry code, with a limit of ten (10) total entries. Or, to enter without purchase, entry codes can be requested via email to ohyeah@beaus.ca (limit ten (10) free codes per person during the Contest Period).

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries must be received prior to the close of the Entry Period. Entries received after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entry for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and are not subject to appeal.

Participants may not share the same email address. Participants may not enter with multiple email addresses, nor may participants use any other device to enter under multiple identities. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified and shall forfeit any prize won, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

There is no responsibility assumed by the Sponsor for the inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the contest for any reason, and the Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries.

PRIZES:

Entrants will have a chance to win one prize over the course of the Entry Period, with the one prize being drawn after the Entry Period has concluded.

Prize: One (1) Kubota BX2380 Compact Tractor with LA344S Loader. Approximate retail value: $28,500 CAD.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Only one (1) prize available to be won. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at Kubota’s discretion. Winner responsible for any associated fees, taxes, or surcharges. Sponsor and Kubota reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

The potential winner will be selected by random draw after the contest closes and contacted after 12:00 p.m. (ET) on September 22, 2025. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must complete and return a Declaration and Release form and correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION:

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for contest administration. Personal data will not be used for marketing unless explicit consent is given. See Beau’s Privacy Policy for more.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:

Entrants release Beau’s, Kubota, and associated companies from liability in connection with the contest. Winner must sign a declaration confirming this.

GENERAL:

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the contest in its sole discretion. Entry materials that are lost, delayed, or tampered with are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property is owned or licensed by the Sponsor and/or affiliates. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW:

The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts, with Toronto as the venue.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law.

LANGUAGE DISCREPANCY:

In case of discrepancy between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
