The Beau’s Kubota Tractor Contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. (the “Sponsor”). The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor privacy policy (see below). Kubota Canada Ltd. (“Kubota”) is a prize provider only and is not responsible for the administration of this Contest. Kubota is hereby released of all liability by each participant in this Contest. Any questions or comments should be sent to the Sponsor and not to Kubota.

ELIGIBILITY:

Contest is open to Ontario residents who are 19 years of age or older and who are not employed with, or are a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with the Sponsor, Kubota Canada Ltd., their affiliated companies, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”), an employee of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) or of any licensees authorized by AGCO.

CONTEST PERIOD:

Entry into the Contest commences at 12:01 a.m. ET on May 1, 2026 and closes at 12:00 p.m. ET on August 1, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received on or before the Contest closing date.

HOW TO PLAY:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Visit www.beaus.ca/pages/kubota and enter your name, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number and your unique entry code (found on the inside of a Beau’s Brewing Co. Lug Tread beer (6 x 473ml or 24 x 355ml) or from a ballot given by a participating licensee). Each person can submit one (1) entry with each unique entry code, with a limit of ten (10) total entries. Or, to enter without purchase, entry codes can be requested via email to ohyeah@beaus.ca (limit ten (10) free codes per person during the Contest Period). Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries must be received prior to the close of the Entry Period. Entries received after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entry for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and are not subject to appeal. Participants may not share the same email address. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified and shall forfeit any prize won, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. There is no responsibility assumed by the Sponsor for the inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the contest for any reason, and the Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries.

PRIZES:

Entrants will have a chance to win one prize over the course of the Entry Period, with the one prize being drawn after the Entry Period has concluded. Entries completed in accordance with these Rules will be entered for a chance to win the one Prize available to be won. The Prize is as follows: One (1) Kubota BX2680 Compact Tractor with LA344S Loader. Approximate retail value: $30,754 CAD (as of May 1, 2026). Under no circumstances will any difference between the actual retail value of the prize as at the time of fulfilment and the approximate retail value of the prize noted above be awarded. For the avoidance of any doubt, the prize consists of the specified tractor only and not the actual value of the tractor.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize. There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) available to be won. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Kubota in its sole and absolute discretion). Any fees, taxes, and surcharges are not included and must be paid for by the Prize winner with a valid credit card in their name at such time to be determined by the Sponsor. Redemption of the Prize must occur within and/or on or before the date or dates specified by Kubota. Kubota reserves the right at any time to substitute the Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value. Prize cannot be sold and in the event that it is sold, the Prize will be void.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

ODDS: Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be selected by random draw and contacted after 12:00 noon (ET) on August 5, 2026. The potential winner must complete and sign a Declaration and Release form by August 15, 2026, at 12:00pm ET. To be awarded a Prize, the potential winner must correctly answer unassisted a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question without electronic, mechanical or any other kind of assistance. The LCBO and AGCO are not connected to this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this contest.

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION:

By entering the contest or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the collection, use, storage and distribution of their personal information for contest administration or in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor without compensation. The entrant's personal information shall not be provided to any third party by the Sponsor without the entrant's consent. If an entrant would like their personal information removed from the Sponsor's database at the conclusion of the contest, send this request in writing to ohyeah@beaus.ca. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:

By entering the contest, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co., and Kubota Canada Ltd. from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever including without limitation personal injury, death or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in the contest, or participation in any prize related activity.

GENERAL:

All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, or suspend the contest if administration, security, or fairness is corrupted. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor and Kubota Canada Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise in connection with the contest.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, designs, and promotional materials are owned or licensed by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Contest and the Official Rules shall be governed by Ontario law and all entrants expressly agree that the Ontario courts shall have sole jurisdiction. The venue of any dispute or litigation shall be Toronto, Ontario. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

LANGUAGE DISCREPANCY:

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these official rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these official rules shall prevail, govern and control.
