This blend highlights the smoky, bacon-like aroma and flavour of Rauchstack and interlaces the malty, rich character of Dark Helmut while contributing further complexity and depth and warmth from bourbon barrel aging. Pours black- brown with a beige head and ruby highlights. Aromas of smoke and bourbon are complemented by lighter intonations of chocolate and banana. Smoky flavours are evident as are dark malt and oak. The mouthfeel is full and warm. The finish is dry and tannic.
