Beau’s Brewery x Movember Canada #Beaus4Mos campaign targets $30,000 goal

#Beaus4Mos campaign will rally Beau’s fans and customers to create the biggest Movember 2019 fundraising team in Canada, and collectively change the face of men’s health

Beau’s Brewing Co. has partnered with Movember Canada for a colossal Movember fundraising campaign next month. The campaign, called #Beaus4Mos, will rally Beau’s fans and customers to form the largest fundraising team this year in Canada, and raise $30,000 in funds together.
The Movember Foundation is the leading global organization committed to changing the face of men’s health, and their annual Movember campaign encourages fundraising and awareness through fun grassroots events and efforts across Canada. Beau’s is the official brewery partner of Movember in Ontario.

“We are excited to be able to work with Movember Canada,” says Beau’s co-founder and CEO Steve Beauchesne. They are an ideal partner for us because they do great work advocating for men’s health, and that helps us with our belief that beer tastes better when you can feel good about drinking it.”

Individuals who want to join the #Beaus4Mos network can sign up at www.movember.com/beaus#Beaus4Mos fundraising will be activating at 20 partner bar and restaurant locations in Ontario – a current list of partner locations will be posted online at www.beaus.ca/movember. You’ll also be able to follow along with the #Beaus4Mos fundraising, support your friends’ teams, or cheer on the fundraising of your favourite restaurants and pubs.

With increasing awareness as a goal, the campaign includes coasters with an educational component about men’s health that will be available at each of the partners. In the spirit of putting the fun in fundraising and having a good time for a good cause, the coasters also feature a variety of Beau’s-designed pop-out-and-play moustaches, and will come supplied alongside a lot of limited-run Beau’s pint glasses printed with ‘mos.
“Beau’s is exactly the kind of partner we need at Movember in our effort to change the face of men’s health. They just get it, and support our ALEC approach (Ask, Listen, Encourage to take Action, and Check-in) to men looking out for each other’s health,” shared Todd Minerson, Movember Canada County Director. “We are really grateful for the partnership and look forward to how it can grow.”
The #Beaus4Mos campaign officially kicks off Friday November 1 and will run for the duration of the month. Beau’s and Movember Canada will announce the campaign fundraising total on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019.
