5th Annual Grilled Cheese Contest

Location: The Piano Inn & Cafe (217 Queen St. Port Perry, Ontario)

Date: October 12, 2018

Enjoy the night and taste the top three entries in each category from our annual grilled cheese contest. Over the course of roughly two hours, we will take you through a dream dinner of grilled cheese and Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. sampling finished up with a unique dessert created with Beau’s Beer.

How to enter your favourite grilled cheese recipe:

Email your recipe with a backstory of how you came up with it to contest@pianocafe.ca

3 finalists in each category will be selected with a final judging event on October 12th to determine the winning recipes.

The winners of each of the 2 categories will be featured on our Grilled Cheese Menu, with all proceeds from sales of the winning entries until December 31st going to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.

Ultimate Grilled Cheese

The only requirement is that your recipe uses sourdough bread. Beyond that, it is completely up to you! Let your creativity flow!

Prize: The winning entry will be featured on our Grilled Cheese Menu with all proceeds from the sales until December 31st going to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.

The BEST of Beau’s Grilled Cheese 

A Beau’s Beer needs to be included in the sandwich recipe and must be done on sourdough bread.

Prize: Become a social media superstar by teaming up with the Beau’s marketing team and be the face of Grilled Cheese Friday’s right here at the Piano café. Beaus will be releasing a feature about you and your recipe. Make sure you submit a good story!
