OHOM! stands for one hop, one malt – a Beau’s take on the concept of the SMaSH. In this beer, toasty amber-hued organic vienna malt is the backdrop for organic barbe rouge hops, which are known for their characteristic red-fruit aromas.


History & Style

The idea of brewing a  beer with one single type of malt and one single hop variety is most commonly known as the acronym SMaSH. Simplifying the ingredients gives each component of the beer an opportunity to express itself clearly in the flavour and aromas that come forward.

Tasting Notes

Hop forward with strong strawberry/strawberry jam, tropical fruit, and grapefruit on the nose.
