False Memory is a thirst-quenching, satisfying saison that crosses American style hops with the traditional Belgian farmhouse style. It’s intensely dry-hopped, and was aged for 4 months in oak wine barrels. Effervescent and very drinkable.

History & Style

Saison is a Belgian farmhouse beer style – Halcyon’s version is a bit stronger than is traditional for a saison, adds classic American Simcoe and Cascade hops, and turns up the dial on tartness.

Tasting Notes

False memory is dry and crisp. It offers subtle saison spice and slight brett character, and unlike many Halcyon offerings it is not sour or tart.
