LUG TREAD

Lagered Ale
5.2% ABV

Beau’s year-round flagship beer is Lug-Tread, our tribute to the classic Kölsch beers of Cologne, Germany. A hybrid style, Lug-Tread is top-fermented (like an ale) and then cold-aged (like a lager), giving it light ale notes complemented by a lager-like crispness. Golden-hued and finely balanced, this tasty golden ale has won more than 20 awards for brewing excellence since 2006.

E.S.B.

Farm Table Series
5.6 % ABV

Beau’s Farm Table Series are sessionable beers brewed true to style. The E.S.B. is a flavourful, approachable ale, as much a British classic as a double-decker bus. Expect a mellow harmony of biscuity malt and slight fruity notes, along with a touch of sweetness balanced by the English-variety hops. Enjoy alongside a potato and cauliflower curry, or pub-style steak and kidney pie!

OSMIUM

Wee Heavy
7.0 % ABV

Originating in the 1800s, Scottish ales were classified on a “shilling” scale based on their alcohol strength, typically ranging from 60 shilling (“light”) to 90 (“wee heavy”). The 90 shilling would be served up in smaller, or wee, quantities due to its higher alcohol content. Expect a malty and full-bodied beer, with subtle caramelized sweetness. Osmium is sure to conduct warmth into your winter.

DOUBLE IDENTITY

D.I.P.A. (Double I.P.A.)
9.0 % ABV

At 85 IBUs, Double Identity is by no means subtle. It features a double-dose of two of our favourite organic hops, Centennial and Nelson-Sauvin, with smaller additions of El Dorado and Chinook. Is the perception of extreme hoppiness strictly science, or partly sleight of hand? Like a true Double Identity, successful execution lies in getting them both just right.
