Hops Ahoy! Beau’s Farm Table Series continues with Farm Table: I.P.A.

Bready malts and caramel flavour are complemented by citrus and earthy hop aromas in this assertive and award-winning India Pale Ale

(OTTAWA – Apr. 8, 2016) Fans of Beau’s two-time Canadian Brewing Award gold medal winner “Beaver River IP Eh” will be pleased to see the recipe return this week, under the umbrella of the Farm Table Series. Called Farm Table I.P.A., the assertive yet very drinkable 6% India pale ale marries the typical flavour profiles of the British and American interpretations of this style. Its bready malts and caramel flavour are complemented by a hop blend of five varieties, creating citrusy, earthy aromas.

The Farm Table Series from Beau’s Brewery is designed to feature beers brewed true to a classic style, and that have a “more-ish” characteristic in the way that each lends itself easily to another sip. The Farm Table: I.P.A. recipe has been brewed each spring at Beau’s since 2008, and garnered gold medals for the local craft brewery at the Canadian Brewing Awards in both 2011 and 2013. The beer is unfiltered, and is dry hopped to amplify the bold hop aromas the I.P.A. style is known for.

Farm Table I.P.A. will be available for a four-month feature in Ontario LCBO stores, and will also be made available in the next few weeks through Ontario grocery outlets that carry craft beer. Craft-friendly Québec-based grocery and corner stores will also stock it for the same four-month feature. It will be sold in Beau’s signature 600 ml bottles.
