The Farm Table series includes beers that let themselves be drunk, inspired by tradition and brewed according to the rules of a classic style. The Patersbier is a refreshing beer in Belgian style, both clear and blurred. Floral and slightly sweet, it is savored both by a beautiful spring afternoon and by a sunset in the summer.

History and style
Sweeter than a dubbel or a tripel, the patersbier (“father’s beer”) was traditionally brewed by the Trappist monks and drunk between the walls of the abbey, when they retired to brew their famous strong ales. The Patersbier is a thirst-quenching beer that can be enjoyed during the warmer months.
Blonde dress slightly veiled with white and dense lace. The flavors are dominated by sweet honeydew malt and floral notes, and the flavor is initially distinguished by the sweetness of the malt. The peppery notes of the yeast betray the complexity of the beer, while the bitterness of the hops balance. The finish is pure, clear and lively.
Sweet and sour soup with chicken and tofu; Chicken braised with Patersbier, mustard and grass accompanied by spaetzle; Nasi goreng (fried with Indonesian); Cheeses with a Brie style floral crust.
