Discover How To Pair Food And Craft Beer Like A Pro: On Saturday, July 11, Bruce Wood, Executive Chef at Beau’s Brewery, will lead an exclusive food and beer pairing in the Because Beer Speakers’ Tent.

During this exceptional VIP event, Chef Wood will serve up two recipes paired with two of Beau’s beers — a quinoa and chive crepe with house smoked trout, pickled red onion, Skotidakis cream cheese and radishes paired with Kissmeyer Nordic Pale Ale; and ricotta and strawberry fritters with rye syrup paired with Beau’s award-winning summer seasonal, Festivale.
