If you love making people’s day, craft beer, and are a superstar at organization, take note! We are currently searching for a Customer Engagement Coordinator for a full-time, salaried position based in Vankleek Hill, Ontario.


 The Customer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing customer engagement programs, interacting and developing strong relationships with our fans, and passionately representing our brewery. The Customer Engagement Coordinator reports to the Customer Engagement Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or execute customer engagement programs and initiatives
  • Develop and implement innovative fan programs
  • Identify, attract, and track new and existing fans, superfans, and influencers
  • Host and/or oversee coordination of visits of VIPs and other high-profile visitors to the brewery
  • Monitor and respond to Beau’s social media
  • Respond to as assigned
  • Delight people that engage with our brand
  • Manage and maintain records of new and existing fans
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team and brand ambassadors to execute engagement projects
  • Collaborate with the Event Team on customer engagement projects
  • Collaborate with the Event, Sales, and Retail Teams to support engaging our fans
  • Supervise the execution of customer satisfaction surveys and reviewing the results as assigned
  • Supervise and execute Surprise & Delight mail campaigns
  • Review and improve the onsite customer experience as assigned
  • Support Content Team as needed, including occasional posting and routing of articles as needed
  • Resolve customer concerns as needed
  • Maintain ownership of projects as assigned. Review progress and provide updates to supervisor
  • Deliver superior customer service by being highly responsive, providing promotional support, and finding creative ways to add value for our fans and customers
  • Develop strong relationships with accounts and local community groups
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • Post-graduate education in marketing, public relations, social media, business, hospitality, or equivalent
  • Positive attitude with a dedication to providing fantastic customer service
  • 3-5 years in customer service, marketing, hospitality or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge of and passion for craft beer
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Bilingualism an asset (English and French)
  • Professional experience with social media tools
  • Flexible with hours (available evenings and weekends)
  • Basecamp or project management software experience an asset
  • Proficient with computers
  • Must be able to travel as necessary
  • Ability to manage tasks and to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision
