The Big Sleepy is blend of Matt’s Sleepy Time barrel-aged four ways: whiskey, red wine, white wine, and rum. It was finished with a splash of bourbon-barrel aged Lug Tread.

The Big Sleepy pours dark brown with garnet undertones and tan foam. Aromas of red wine, cherry, and banana abound. The flavour is somwhat sweet and fruity with notes of dark chocolate and pipe tobacco. The finish is warm and tannic.
