Bourbon Barrel Aged “Strong Patrick”

The Winter 2016 edition of Beau’s Strong Patrick Irish Red Ale underwent a bourbon-influenced transformation in our barrel cellar, emerging five months later as something entirely new and extra strong: Ravishing Patrick Rude.

This beer pours reddish-orange with an off-white foam. The aroma offers rich whiskey notes. Caramel and toffee flavours dominate with sweet stone fruit undertones. The finish is medium bodied, imparting a lingering warmth.
