History & Style:
Ginger Wolf hopfenweisse is a spicy, hop-forward and North American twist on the Bavarian weissbier. The traditionally weissbier is complemented and accentuated by a juicy, fruity hop selection and ginger spice.
Hazy and pale gold in colour. Notes of ginger predominate with undertones of banana, clove, papaya, mango and citrus on the nose. Lively carbonation with pleasant maltiness. Spicy and fruity, with a slightly dry finish with mild gingery heat.
