Beau’s Farm Table Series are sessionable beers inspired by tradition and brewed true to a classic style. CDN Pale Ale is similar to the American Pale Ale style of beer, with its inclusion of fragrant Cascade hops and its gold colour. An assortment of Ontario hops, Québec malts, Alberta oats and Canadian-supplied brewer’s yeast comprise this marvel of Canuck ingenuity.

History & Style:
Popularized in the 1980s, the American Pale Ale—known for its hop-forward flavour—is the American interpretation of a British Pale Ale, brighter and slightly more bitter than its counterpart from across the pond. Closer in style to the U.S. west coast favourite, Farm Table: CDN Pale Ale upholds the expectation of citrus hop notes in perfect balance with its malts, yet it is achieved with an all-Canadian list of ingredients.
CDN Pale Ale pours deep gold with a white foam. The aroma boasts a combination of citrusy hops and cereal grain. Clove and pepper dominate the flavour with orange peel-like undertones. The finish is dry and slightly spicy.
Cheddar curd & jalapeno smoked sausages; cheeseburgers with spicy tomato & pepper jam; summer sausage; Ma Po tofu; 3-year-old cheddar or aged Gouda cheese.
